Colab Construction performed remediation works to the Ongerup Primary School, including various upgrades to carpentry, roofing, plumbing and drainage, flooring, electrical, plasterboard and painting. Upon demolition historic friable asbestos was found and appropriate action was taken to ensure the safety of site workers and school occupants. We engaged a non-restricted asbestos removalist to come in and re-mediate the issue and enable safe completion of the project.
