These works comprised the internal refurbishment of the Albany DEMIRS Albany office, plus the relocation of internal electrical, hydraulic and mechanical services.

During the project issues with roof leaks became evident, Colab organised the installation of new flashings and rain heads to remediate the problem.

This job was completed within a very tight timeframe to minimise disruption to the displaced tenants.
